2020 Lortel Award Winners
The 35th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway were presented during a special online event on May 3. The ceremony was hosted by Mario Cantone—broadcasting from his New York City apartment—with benefits from the event going to The Actors Fund and its efforts to help those impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. There were three Asian American theatre artists who won Lortel Awards, with two revolving about Asian American themes. They include:
