Reminder: Take the Survey!
Over the past few months, leaders of color in the theater field with members of CAATA and LTC, have worked on pair of surveys designed to pinpoint the impact of COVID-19 on BITOC (Black Indigenous Theatre Organizations of Color) and BIPOC (Black Indigenous Theatre Practitioners of Color). This joint work was fashioned through and for this burgeoning coalition of networks and its members. The survey is open until August 24, 2020 (recently extended). We need your support--participate in the survey; circulate it; invite others to participate.
While we recognize that survey exhaustion is very real at this point, we hope that you will generously give your time to our survey. Designed with Dr. W.E.B. DuBois’s words in mind (with some modification) –by us, about us, for us–this survey seeks to gather information to tell the stories of BIPOC and BITOC theaters artists of color.
Thank you for your consideration. We wish you the best during these extraordinary times.
