YOUR BODY IS
YOUR ROLE
HOW YOU SEE YOUR ROLE &
HOW TO MAKE OTHERS SEE IT!

Know more about the message you convey with every step you take in the role you want to succeed in. Know your self-doubt signals. Learn how to recognize and “use” the energy of Stage Fright. Full presence and awareness allows you to be the performer you want to be and to reap the rewards of being seen in the roles you want to play.

These few hours spent with this internationally renowned personal trainer will give you invaluable bone-deep performing presence that participants in the workshop have called “phenomenal”.

“I learned more before lunch about creating my unique style and interaction with directors than in these years at the academy. Also this has calmed my self-doubts and sparked my passion and longing to know that I will make it. Not only do I understand these simple profound techniques I appreciated how individually Daniel presented them for each one of us there. He has truly changed our concept of performing and ignited a whole new way to move into the character requirements of any role with the fullest emotional connections…be that King Lear or Auntie Mame.” Eva Marie of the Vienna Film and Performing Arts Academy.

*Defusion sessions with Daniel Whiteside and Gordon Stokes are available by appointment only on Friday, February 9th. Appointment times will be given when you book in advance.
