SEEKING: Company of Angels is looking for new works (full length), that have NOT been produced, that reflect the diversity, richness, and complexity which is Los Angeles. We are particularly seeking work that is edgy, urban, dirty, gritty, not politically correct, etc., etc. We are interested in working with, supporting and developing new plays by emerging and established Angelino artists whose work addresses the issues relevant to serving young, multi-generational and/or urban communities that celebrate contemporary language and culture.

Company of Angels Mission: Honoring our history as the oldest non-profit professional theater in Los Angeles, Company of Angels produces theater that reflects and responds to the richness, diversity, and complexity that is our city. Our Company of diverse theater artists fosters mutual learning partnerships with the residents of Los Angeles through artistic development opportunities, community building enterprises, and life experiences. Company of Angels develops emerging artists, creates new work, and re-envisions theater to entertain new audiences and serve the City of Angels.
