Apna Ghar presents The Blue Mug - A Hindi/English Play with Konkona Sen Sharma, Rajat Kapoor, Ranvir Shorey, Vinay Pathak

A production of 'The Theatre Company', The Blue Mug Play is a Hindi/English comedy play based on the book "The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat" written by Oliver Sacks. This play enjoys strong critical acclaim and has been a grand success with multiple shows on public demand over the past 8 years. They are touring the US, Middle East, UK & Brazil in April-May 2010.

The play is directed by Atul Kumar and features well known Bollywood celebrities like Konkona Sen Sharma, Rajat Kapoor, Ranvir Shorey, Vinay Pathak, Munish Bhardwaj & Sheeba Chaddha.

The net proceeds from this event will support core programs and services for clients at Apna Ghar. Apna Ghar (Our Home) is a comprehensive domestic violence agency providing culturally appropriate, multi-lingual social services, including shelter, to all victims and survivors of domestic violence, primarily in the South Asian and other immigrant communities.
