A Chance Call for Plays

The Chance Theater IS SEARCHING FOR PLAYWRIGHTS and DIRECTORS for our
production of Holiday Chance Fest: Variations on a Theme currently scheduled for November 2007.

INTERESTED LOCAL PLAYWRIGHTS and DIRECTORS are encouraged to submit a resume by June 15th, 2007 to be considered for selection. The plays are to be written by local playwrights, each developing scripts from the same source material - videos, pictures, etc delivered to interested playwrights by the end of June 2007.

TO BE SELECTED, plays should be developed and/or inspired directly from the source material provided, and appropriate for an evening of multiple one-acts, with multiple directors. THE CHOSEN PLAYS will be run for six weeks at The Chance Theater as part of our Evolving Stage productions.
