Emerging Artists Theatre calls for One Acts

Emerging Artists Theatre in its 15th season this fall is accepting submissions for our Fall Eatfest of new short plays. Plays may be up to 20 minutes in length but must not have been produced in NYC. The deadline for submissions is June 1st. Please do not waste money on sending scripts by fed ex or overnight mail. They must be postmarked by June 1st. Also use a simple paper clip to hold it together - no need for fancy binders or covers - save your money. As always there is no submission fee as Emerging Artists strongly believe that playwrights should not be charged to have their work read. Hard copy submissions only - we are going to be revamping our website and cannot accept any email submissions at this time. Please make sure that your email address is on the title page of your script and you can include a SASE for return of your script, but don't include a letter size return envelope - save your stamp - we will contact you by email and let you know your status once we have read your script. You may submit up to 3 plays for consideration.
