Emerald Rain Production seeks cast

Emerald Rain Productions is casting an Asian-American female lead for their next play, "Southland." The actor must be able to play teens or early twenties. If you know of anyone who may be intrigued, please pass on this info or my phone number.

The show opens August 14 in Berkeley, California and runs Fridays and Saturdays until August 29. Rehearsals begins soon. Some pay is available. "Southland" is a one-act play about a bunch of kids living in a Southern California gated community next to a plastic surgery clinic and a serial stalker. The part of Stacy deals with the problem of assimilating not only into American youth culture, but into the isolated culture of upper-middle-class suburbia.

ERP is also seeking staff and crew members for publicity, outreach, sound, set-building, running crew, etc.

Interested parties should contact Dominic Mah at (510) 843-7548 or dommah@ucla.edu.
