EWP Seeking Silent Auction Items

The East West Players community of artists, family, friends, donors and audience members are the lifeline of East West Players existence for the past 34 years. We have learned in this business of "showbiz" it's who you know and who you know that knows somebody else.

As EWP prepares for our 34th Anniversary Awards Dinner and Silent Auction on Monday, March 20, 2000, at the Bonaventure Hotel, we are planning the best and most creative silent auction through the help of our performing artists...but we are asking for your help for donations to our silent auction. Your donation may be tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

EWP Silent Auction is searching for popular brand new items such as:

• Electronics - from TVs - to DVD players - to computers - to cameras
  (Flat screen TV would be a hot item).
• Round trip tickets to anywhere in the nation or the world by plane, or a cruise or by train (Business class or First class would be a hot item).
• Memorabilia such as signed celebrity scripts from movies and TV series, sports memorabilia with certificate of authenticity (Signed golf ball by Tiger Woods would be a hot item).
• Toys, books that are popular with children
• Gift certificates to well-known restaurants or stores in Los Angeles (Dinner for two to Jozu would be a hot item).
• Getaways to San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas.
• Hotel accommodations.
• Tickets to the hottest shows in town!
• Great gifts such as bottles of wines, food baskets, eclectic items.
• Art such as ceramics, sculptures, paintings.
• Personal services such as massages, fitness workouts, haircuts, manicures, lawyer consultation or computer consultation or tax consultation.
  
  And much, much, more!

If you are able to donate silent auction items to our Annual Dinner, please e-mail us back and we will make arrangements for delivery or verify your donation. You and/or your company will also be credited in our souvenir program.

And we also hope that you will be able to attend our event on March 20, 2000.
