Fluid Motion presents workshop production of The Golden Fleece Project

"The Quest" is South Asian American playwright Mrinalini Kamath's adaptation of the stories of Theseus and Orpheus as they intertwine in the mythic Quest for the Golden Fleece. The piece explores the theme of why we quest and how this drive transcends the desire for love, fame and immortality. This play was the inaugural 2006 commission in Fluid Motion's Start the Story commissioning program. The week-long workshop will culminate in three staged readings with artist talkbacks.

Featuring: Konrad Aderer, Andrew Eisenman, Siho Ellsmore, Michelle Glick, Mary Hodges, Sanjiv Jhaveri, Debargo Sanyal, Robert Wu
