Auditions For Nancy Moss’ Hostage Wife

Director Harry Wong is seeking 9 actors for Kumu Kahua Theatre’s production of Nancy Moss’ drama Hostage Wife, opening in May 2008.  Roles are available for: 2 local females ages late 30’s to late 40’s; 2 local women early 20’s to early 30’s; 3 local men early 20’s to early 30’s; one local male late 40’s to early 60’s; and one Caucasian male early 40’s to early 50’s.  Auditions will be held at The Academy of Film & Television, 1174 Waimanu Street, Suite A (behind Tahiti Imports) on Saturday, March 8 at 11am to 2pm, and Sunday, March 9 at 6pm to 9pm.  The entrance into the Academy is at the end of the walkway on the Ewa side of Tahiti Imports.  For a map, visit www.AmericanFilmActor.com and click on the “Map” link.  Auditioners should come early on either day and stay for the whole time.  Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script, some improvisation, and some simple movement work.  Scripts are available in advance for loan with a $10 cash deposit at Kumu Kahua Theatre.  Call 536-4222 for more information.
