HONOLULU, HI--Once again, Kumu Kahua Theatre
will partner with Interisland Terminal to bring theatre classes and a
performance to Kaka'ako. These free classes and event are offered
courtesy of Interisland Terminal to kick-off the opening of Kaka'ako
Agora, a new community space.
Kumu Kahua Theatre exists to encourage local
playwrights, produce work of local playwrights and/or plays dealing
with some aspect of local culture, and to develop theatre artists and
the audiences who appreciate this work.
The classes and event will be held at the new Kaka'ako Agora space at
441 Cooke Street. Class enrollment is limited and will be filled on a
first-come-first-served basis.

Kaka'ako Agora is a park designed for 21st Century Honolulu. It is the first project of its kind in Honolulu, designed by internationally renowned architecture studio Atelier Bow-Wow to create a dynamic space for our local community and an architectural intervention, where forward thinking, collaborative design results in a much needed, open and accessible community gathering space.

Interisland Terminal is a Honolulu-based non-profit arts collaborative.
