Call for NY Actors

Ma-Yi Theater Company in NYC is presenting its portion of Suzan-Lori Park's 365 Days / 365 Plays in NYC, in the first week of August 2007.

We're looking for people (experienced and not) to participate in this project. It's an open invitation to the community -- for as many as 50 performers. It's a great way to join the Ma-Yi family.

365 Plays will be performed FREE to the public, and will be presented at the Public Theater at the end of August. No pay, but we'll get pizzas.

We are especially looking for folks who can speak Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin.

For anyone who wants to do something cool -- this is it. We're going to play, play, play.

The only requirement is a commitment to rehearse and an unwavering desire to have fun.

Please help us spread the word. This is open to professional actors, non-actors, homemakers, dentists, car mechanics, C+ students, bike messengers, nuclear scientists, and toll booth operators.
