Call for plays
The deadline for submitting full-length plays to the New England Theater Conference's John Gassner Memorial Playwrighting Award is April 15th. The award carries a $1,000 cash prize and the opportunity to be noticed by the leaders in the theater. Finalist judges have included Israel Horovitz, Jean-Claude van Itallie, Eric Bentley and Connie Congdon. For guidelines, see: www.netconline.org
