NEW WORKSHOP SERIES!
CREATION THEATRE WORKSHOP—NEW WORKS/PERFORMANCE ART
Thursdays 6:30-9pm, February 1st through April 12th (11 sessions)
Culminating in a presentation on April 12, 2001

DESCRIPTION :
This workshop is for Performance Artists, Directors who write, and Playwrights to develop scripts focused on a non-linear structure. Students should have a concept of the performance piece, play, or project they want to develop prior to beginning the workshop.

INSTRUCTOR
Ernest Abuba, an Obie Recipient, Actor, Director, and Playwright is the author of CAMBODIA AGONISTES, THE DOWAGER, AN AMERICAN STORY, EAT A BOWL OF TEA, PAPA-B0Y, NIGHT STALKER, and LEIR REX, which have been produced by such theatres as Pan Asian Rep., La Mama ETC, New York Performance Works, and the Asian-American Theatre of San Francisco, and SHOUT Productions.

Tuition is $200 (20% discount for previous workshop students.)
