Shunya Announces Its 2011 Season!

Shunya has been a staple of Houston’s theatre scene for the past seven years. As the only English language South Asian theatre troupe in Houston, Shunya is known for bringing entertaining, stimulating, innovative and thought provoking plays to Houston.

Shunya promises to continue to entertain with its 2011 line-up.

Coming in February of 2011, Shunya will present Anuvab Pal’s “1-888-DIAL-INDIA,” a raucous comedy about outsourcing, business and the New India.

In August 2011 Shunya will present its first ever children’s production, Aditi Kapil’s “The Adventures of Hanuman, King of the Monkeys,” a Bollywood style musical that promises to entertain adults and children alike.

Auditions for “DIAL 1-888 INDIA” will be October 23 and 26th. More information here.
