About Eth-Noh-Tec:
Founded in 1982 by Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo, Eth-Noh-Tec is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultural education, creating a unique Asian American storytelling form through rhythmic dialogue, stylized movement, Asian instruments, and comic facial gestures inspired by traditional Asian theater. Based in San Francisco, Eth-Noh-Tec presents 350-400 live performances a year to about 250,000 youths and adults in schools, libraries and festivals nationwide. Eth-Noh-Tec's mission is to build cultural bridges that celebrate our humanity, embrace our differences and create compassionate communities through the stories that touch upon our universal truths.
