Auditions for HEREandNOW

HEREandNOW THEATER co. is looking for NEW CAST MEMBERS!

-no experience necessary-

HEREandNOW is an Asian-American theater troupe that tours colleges all across the country. The group was started by John Miyasaki (who is Artistic Director) about 10 years ago in response to the fact that there were so little opportunities for Asians to be on stage.

This past season was an exciting one for the HEREandNOW ensemble. The group toured the country, playing in such states as Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Colorado, Washington, and Maine.

In February, HEREandNOW co-produced a three-week run of the WORLD PREMIER play fentor, written by cast member Jason Fong.

And in May, HEREandNOW presented ROMEO and JULIET, PINOY/PINAY STYLE for a successful six-week run at its new space in Monterey Park.

Auditions will be held: Sunday, September 12 12pm-4pm
